Un appartement bien équipé, idéalement situé pour découvrir cette belle région et profiter de la plage.

Appartement duplex pratique avec vue sur la mer, très bien équipé et décoré. Résidence fermée avec parking. Accès à la plage en 3min. Attention tout de même la chambre en mezzanine sous le toit ne convient pas aux grands gabarits. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Ende Mai / Anfang Juni 2019 für 14 Tage gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor dem Aufenthalt verlief sehr angenehm, auch die Über- und Rückgabe der Wohnung vor Ort durch die Verwalterin gestaltete sich problemlos. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal: sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und in guter Lage innerhalb der Ferienwohnanlage. Da noch Vorsaison war, waren sowohl in der Ferienwohnanlage als auch dem benachbarten Campingplatz relativ wenige Gäste. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig, so dass wir auch das Meeresrauschen und das Vogelgezwitscher auf dem Balkon genießen konnten. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl!

Un appartement très bien équipé, très bien placé par rapport au commerce et restaurant !!! Un accueil très chaleureux de Corinne et des propriétaires très sympa (par téléphone ) je recommande fortement cette location nous y avons passé un agréable séjour

Waren zwei Wochen lang in der Wohnung. Alles klasse: - sehr nah zum Strand ( auch wenn es schönere in der Umgebung gibt) - sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht - nett eingerichtet - freundliche Vermieter

The apartment is very comfortable and ideal tor a family of 4, with a good west-facing balcony, good kitchen and nicely furnished. Location is great, with a 2 minute walk through the gardens to the very large beach which also has a cafe/restaurant and was not busy or crowded during our stay (early August). Well positioned for visits to Ajaccio, the north coast and the hills inland. The local spa is good and there is a great fruit and veg stall 1 minute walk away, but the other walk-able cafes are poor (except for the one on the beach). However, there are plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The only negatives are : no A/C and the ceiling height in the mezzanine is quite low (but fine for kids), otherwise I would probably give it 5 stars! I would certainly recommend this apartment.

De très belles vacances dans une résidence calme, arborisée, proche de la plage privée de la Liscia, pas trop bondée même en cette période de l'année très chargée :o) L'appartement est très bien agencé, tout le nécessaire s'y trouve et même plus, la vie y est très agréable, il est calme, dans une résidence sécurisée, place de parc devant, accès avec une télécommande. Tout le confort, machine à laver, machine à vaisselle, grill sur la terrasse. Plage avec un superbe restaurant l'Abri à barques, succulente nourriture et petits apéros au top. Ajaccio très proche, Sagone, Cargèse, Porto et les calanches de Piana très proches également. Un merveilleux dépaysement. Seul petit bémol, au niveau de la propreté de l'appartement lors de la prise en charge, mais règlé avec les propriétaires. Bien des chances que nous y retournions une prochaine fois. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont adorables et disponibles.

For a family with 2 teenagers its ok - not more! The second room on the second floor is for midgets - but ok för children to sleep in. The apartment is small, nice and very functionally - the kitchen is very well equipped. The grill/barbaque is an electric - you better know! The beach is near an wonderful - the restaurang on the beach is very good. The village is near and it´s easy to shop for breakfast and lunch/dinner. There are no linens and towels provided so you must bring it with you.
