😊: Nice basic appartment which was clean. 😢: When i contacted the concierge to express a couple of concerns i had with issues of the appartment i was ignored.

😊: Firstly, Junior was excellent and communicated immediately. He made everything run smoothly and we would give Junior 10 out of 10. We come every year in January to serris and this has been the best appartement we have stayed in and will certainly come back again. The location is near everything and no problem at all for parking. Everything was clean comfortable and we had a very nice stay. Thank you very much, we will see you next year.. 😢: No trays for cooking in the oven. Washing machine did not drain.
