We almost didn't go even though we would have forfeited our payment. This behaviour should not be allowed as it is not the norm with bookings with Booking.com

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Wir haben die Wohnung gar nicht gesehen. Nachdem wir mehrere Nachbarn getroffen hatten die uns erstmal geholfen haben Kontakt aufzunehmen, (Wir sprechen kein Französisch, schrie die Frau in die Anlage unten an der Tür, das sie 500€ Kaution haben wolle. Die sie in der Beschreibung nicht angegeben hatte. Das ganze klang so schlimm, das wir nicht damit gerechnet haben, die 500€ je wiederzusehen. Keine Kaution, keine Wohnung 🤷🏻♀️ 93€ die wir wohl nicht mehr wiedersehen.<br>#128577; Das eine Ferienwohnung angeboten wird, wo im Nachhinein Kaution gefordert wird. Die Frau an sich klang sehr unfreundlich und schrill.

Nice place but there were...<br>#128578; The property was nice and clean and had everything I needed.<br>#128577; The wifi didn’t work and the concierge was very very slow to help me. I sent multiple messages with no response. I had to make a complaint to customer service to expedite the help. On the 2nd day of my 3 day stay the Wifi was fixed, way to slow to get that resolved. The neighbour was also very loud during the night which disturbed my sleep. I have mixed feelings about the property.
