All the owners and staff were friendly, helpful and always available to assist. We absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Très beau gîte au milieu des vignes. Accueil très chaleureux.Pas de restaurant a proximité mais le gite comporte une cuisine équipée. Auto nécessaire. Séjour très agréable. Adresse a recommander a 20mn en auto de la citadelle de Carcassonne.

James, Jody, and their family...are wonderful hosts. The place is nestled among the vineyards of Minervois, and is very quiet and quaint. We loved our stay and will come back when we are back in the region. / James, Jody et leur famille...sont des hotes formidables. Le domaine est situe au milieu des vignes du Minervois, et est tres calme et charmant. Nous avons adore notre sejour et reviendrons quand nous retournerons dans la region.

A wonderful stay, great breakfasts prepared for you at a time of your choosing, we ate there one night and Natasha is an extraordinary chef the Coq au Vin was superb. James gave us lots of ideas for things we could do on my short stay with my 2 boys and we couldn't fit it all in, so much to see and do in the area. A nice touch was that we weren't flying out until the evening on our last day, but were told we could use the facilities around the pool as long as we wanted. We were made to feel like welcome guests rather than paying customers and we will definitely be returning.

What a lovely place to stay, clean beautifully decorated themed room, tasty home cooked food served in a lovely restaurant area all in an idyllic peacefull hilltop location surrounded by vineyards, perfect!. Our hosts were friendly, informative and unobtrusive but were there with a smile if you needed anything. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much
