😊: Such a lovely villa with all amenities at hand and such a great host in Carole.. 😢: There’s very little to dislike. If we had to criticise anything it would be the WiFi coverage.

😊: As first time visitors to the area we had no idea what to expect, and for us, this property was perfect. It's quite suburban, nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of St Esteves - the ideal jumping off point between the beach (about 20 mins away), and the mountains. Carol is a lovely host who welcomed us with freshly laid eggs from her chickens and was always on-hand if we had questions. We felt totally at home and were able to completely relax in the house which had all the facilities we needed including a well-kitted out kitchen, very comfortable living and eating areas (inside and out), and lots of sun lounger space next to the pool to fall asleep on in the afternoons. Thoroughly relaxing!. 😢: I can't really think of anything we didn't like. We had a very relaxing holiday and would recommend this property to families looking for something away from the more touristy beach areas..

😊: Carole, our host was the best. Such a lovely warm welcome, great communication and a lovely person. She was very helpful with local information and booked our restaurant for our evening meal just 3 - 4 minutes walk from the house. In warmer weather the pool is offered to guests during their stay but we weren’t brave enough to try it in April as the air temperature was quite cool. The house is fully kitted out with everything you would need for an extended stay but as we were only there for 1 night we only used the coffee machine and the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable. The TV was a modern TV with Apps so we could use our Netflix account to watch a movie which was useful. If we were ever back in Perpignan we would definitely use this lovely house. Thank you Carole for making our stay extra enjoyable. Kindest Regards Bruce..

😊: Carole the host is wonderful, friendly and went our of her way to accommodate us, especially considering our late arrival. The property is in a lovely peaceful location, close enough to amenities and just a short drive from points of attraction..

😊: Carla, the landlord, was really kind and flexible as we came with a pet although it was not allowed. The pet could stay on the terrace for a short while.. 😢: just to have to bring the towels as I was already loaded but this is a minor detail..
