Negatives outweighed positives - great...<br>#128578; Beautiful location and view, next to forest and close to village of Jupilles. Great heated pool, outdoor activities and pool table inside. Air conditioning worked well in the three bedrooms that had a unit. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were appreciated. Plenty of dining space, inside and out.<br>#128577; Wifi signal strength was poor and intermittent with no coverage in majority of the house. Strong smell of urine spilling in from behind door interconnecting with adjacent property. The two bathrooms are ensuites to two bedrooms, no separate access to toilet for two other bedrooms. The fourth “bedroom” should not be described as such, it is an entrance hall with a sofa bed - when bed is open there is hardly any room. This room had no air-conditioning and the window had cracks in it on arrival...

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter de l’espace extérieur très chouette.<br>#128577; En famille cela n’est pas forcément gênant, mais je pense qu’il est important d’avoir conscience que les 2 toilettes/ salles de douche ne sont accessibles qu’en passant par un espace nuit. Prévoir torchons, briquet ou allumettes pour le barbecue. Sans chercher à vouloir faire n’importe quoi lors du séjour, le fait est que la propriétaire habite le bâtiment mitoyen à la location . Elle est restée tout à fait discrète, mais je préfère les locations où je me sens totalement libre.

An ideal family holiday with...<br>#128578; Ideally situated to visit Le Mans, which was one of the chief reasons for choosing the location. We visited Le Mans 24 hour Museum and track as well as the Museum in town. We walked the historical routes too. The heated swimming pool was magnificent. The spacious grounds allowed for our grandson to run around to his heart's content. The billiard table, table tennis and football nets were much appreciated. The countryside views from the garden were lovely and we all enjoyed the forest ...<br>#128577; Despite having plenty of beds, we would have appreciated a fourth bedroom.

Une bonne 1/2 heure du Mans.<br>#128577; Maison réservée pour la piscine; La piscine était hors eau à notre arrivée vendredi après-midi, suite à un nettoyage. La pression ne permettait pas de remplir la piscine pour le week-end. Nous demandons donc un dédommagement. La maison a certaine qualité mais nécessite une reprise des canalisations. les pentes sont mauvaises. des remontées d'égout occasionnent des odeurs désagréables. Electroménager vétuste en général, voire dangereux (grille pain). Pour 3 couples ou 2 couples avec 4 ...
