😊: Le lieu est magnifique, pleins de petits recoins pour profiter.

😊: The most beautiful country house set in superb gardens.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Upon our arrival we have received very warm welcome from the host with some small food, bottle of wine and champagne as well as good advices with where to go and what to visit. The house is on one level, but it is spacious, with all the amenities you need inside. Turns out this was not very honest, and the bad experience we had is further described.. 😢: The property was actually in a very poor shape, like someone abonded it and then rented to us after a while. We had to leave after only 2 nights. A couple of specifics: * The yard was basically flooded probably because there is no proper draining system from the rain * The yard around the house is not fenced, so basically, anyone can walk into it and access or look into the house where living room and sleeping room are on the ground level. We were not feeling secure nor private * The sofa from the picture was broken, piano is just as a decoration as well as the fireplace, the bathroom or the tub are not in the shape as on the pictures on the booking (all the pictures are attached) * You get the nice big tub, which you cannot fully fill with water, because there is no sufficient hot water available * On 20th of October heating was quite dificult with two small aircon devices. * There are no nets against mosquitoes on doors/windows, which we had a lot with the flodded yard around. There were many many more details that had influenced us to leave the property, and on ad-hoc find something else. I have submitted a couple of pictures just to give the feel of the property shape. Finally, when we requested for the refund for only the remaining not spent nights there, we have got NO from the host, and, as a response, the he actually accused us that we broke the sofa, and requested for 2000 EUR refund !!!.

😊: David was extremely welcoming and kind. Can only recommend his place if you want to visit Orange and at the same time stay in a peaceful location. Our daughter and dog had great fun in his huge and beautiful garden..
