😊: Apartment pleasant and in excellent location. Well worth the climb up the 71 steps of the spiral staircase. The addition of balcony seating gave extra space . It was unfortunate that the biting cold wind prevented us from taking advantage of it.. 😢: Reference was made to spiral staircase in booking information but you had to search for it and it wasn't all that clear. I have arthritis, but I am reasonably fit so reaching 4th floor wasn't too bad. If we'd heavy luggage or my condition had been worse it would have been a struggle. The absence of a handrail on the final flight of 15 steps didn't help..

😊: Appt is cosy and has a nice balcony with shadow.. 😢: The appt has only one escape route via the donjon stair, and the door to the street can't be locked. This made us feel insecure in this neighbourhood. The kitchen equipment is basic and used. The douche cabine could be cleaner..
