Lovely cottage in a quiet rural setting. Carole greeted us on arrival and explained the cottage's features and what to be aware of, the place is very old, then left us to discover. The garden is fantastic, my son set up the badminton net at the bottom of the garden and it remained there all week. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the living room is comfortable, as are the bedrooms. We have never been to a place so quiet before. Perfect to relax, shops are a short drive away and we finally visited Bordeaux, which was amazing. Highly recommended.
