😊: Good location, more or less everything you need in apartment.. 😢: Awful communication. The owners had 4 lock boxes outside the door and they told me the wrong box and wrong code. Owners insist code was right but if it doesn’t open the box I was indicated, it is wrong. Had to wait 30 minutes to get into the apartment and didn’t even receive an apology On the ad it was indicated there was AC but there was only a fan. The owner updated this after I pointed it out but it was still dishonest. Also, there was no WiFi. The woman insisted that there was and it worked but I tried every day at various times of the day and it never worked. I have screenshots to prove this. And finally, I just felt like my belongings were unsafe. The front door was sometimes locked, sometimes unlocked, and other times left wide open. With the type of people in the neighborhood I just didn’t feel comfortable. Not to mention people coming and going literally all day, slamming doors as early as 6am and as late as 1:30. One morning someone actually tried to enter the apartment while I was in there. Luckily the door was locked. I want to trust it was the cleaner who got confused but cannot be confirmed. Including photo of the street door right next to the studio door, with the front door wide open. It didn’t help that the owner only denied having serious things to improve instead of owning up to their errors. Staying at this place was a constant source of stress and anxiety and frustration during my whole trip. Also could have made the bed for the guest. Many many problems. Save yourself stress and don’t come here.
