😊: Ideal location. Very comfortable bed. Lift to the apartment which is on the 2nd floor. Kitchen well equipped. Secure parking. Very responsive owner.. 😢: Nothing to dislike. Just to be aware the apartment is in an apartment block in which some residents are permanent and to be considerate with noise levels..

😊: The apartment building is conveniently located, being less than 10 minutes' walk from the terminus of the bus from the airport (Place Winston Churchill) and in the opposite direction, from Limoges Benedictins railway station, with the city's historic centre also within walking distance and Carrefour City (where the key safe is located) just two minutes' walk away. For those arriving by car, there is secure off-road parking too. Check-in was easy, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions sent by Lysa, who was a great communicator over WhatsApp and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and the kitchen area offered everything necessary for a comfortable stay - the only thing which hadn't been cleaned when I arrived was the ashtray I found on the small balcony area! The bathroom is spacious with a good shower and toiletries provided. This apartment was good value for money and I would definitely want to stay here again on any future visit to Limoges.. 😢: The only issue I had was that, when I arrived, there was no hot water or heating because of a problem within the building, which was expected to be resolved by 5pm the following day, but which wasn't resolved until the morning after that, meaning that I was unable to have a shower (I could boil water for all other needs) on my day of arrival or the day following, but this was merely unfortunate timing and not Lysa's fault, although nevertheless she compensated me with a cash refund of part of the payment, which was a very kind gesture. I have no other complaint at all..
