😊: The location was amazing, right in the heart of Nice’s Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It was also just a 5-minute walk to the beach and Promenade des Anglais. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away, or you can take the tram, which is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. 😢: There was no air conditioning, although there were fans. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn’t work during our stay..
