Duboeuf - 1 Bedroom - Old Lyon

😊: Location. 😢: 1. It was not clean and had a stuffy smell. All the furniture, bed, bedding, lining etc were of extremely poor quality. 2. Wifi was not working. In fact the whole system was not plugged in at all. 3. The balcony was a shame. I have uploaded the photos see for yourself. 4. There were moulds and dust. Extra pillows didn't have any pillow cover. The fan was broken. There was no dustbin in bathroom. There was no shampoo in bathroom just a soap bar. 5. All in all very poor stay..

😢: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.False advertising, stating free wifi and TV. There is No WiFi or Tv!! even though both were there, couldnt access. Were told by email after many hrs, it wasnt part of our package, which wasnt true, then told it wasnt working. No bed clothes for third adult for sofabed for duration of holiday very uncomfortable, even though booked for 3 adults. Couldnt get into appartment and could not contact host, for hrs. Kind neighbour let us in. All contact is with AI bot, very little with host with our problem. Had no wifi, tv or extra bedding for 3 adult, for duration, didnt fix problems. Asked for nonslip mat in shower, not provided. Fridge leaked. Bathroom needs a good clean. Fan provided with no cage guard very dangerous. Property needs a deep clean and get rid of stupid plastic flowers everywhere.AI bot as host which constantly says we have a lot of properties and will get back to you, but host does not, only to say I am sorry but not try to help in anyway😡Would not go back to this property.
