😊: The location was great, quiet, residential area, close to tram stop to get into Montpellier and down to the beach/marina. The rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water and the washing machine was useful.The owner was nice and friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor space for sitting out in the sun and drying washing.. 😢: The apartment was cluttered and not very clean. Dusty surfaces and dirt in the corners and behind the doors (including in the bathroom). There was out of date, half used food in the cupboards, and other people's belongings in the bathroom drawer, including a used razer. The apartment was advertised as having an oven. in fact, it had two but the built in one wasn't connected to the electric and the combi oven could only be used as a microwave, not an oven. we were told on arrival that the built in dishwasher only worked if the front was taken off, so it was suggested that we contact the owner to do that when we wanted to use it. given how inconvenient that would be we did it all by hand! The chairs on the terrace were so old they shed fibre glass particles and gave us both a rash. Could only sit on them with a towel or blanket over them. especially very disappointed given the price. I've stayed in a number of privately owned apartments and I'd have expected this standard at half this price..

😊: good location. nice property. Clean and quite.. 😢: only one toilet down stairs.
