Beautiful Aix - Owner of...<br>#128578; The location is extremely central if you want to stay in the old town. Apartment enjoys nice, natural light. If you don't like it busy and noisy, just outside your door and window, then don't stay here, as it gets loud at night. That said, the windows are well insulated and the bed is situated towards the end of the apartment away from the street. Apart from the location, there is not much of a highlight in this third floor, no elevator, apartment.<br>#128577; The owner, although responsive by SMS did not give any tips about Aix. He was not really a host as we are used to when we travel and stay in apartments. The personal touch was not there. In fact, we had an early arrival to Aix and asked if we could keep the luggage somewhere as we wanted to do some tours but there was no reply until after check in time. Check-in also quite impersonal: host just asked us to go look for some keys tucked away near the door. Minor things: Three floors to climb ...

If you have a lot of luggage and you're older it could be a bit tricky. Kitchen lights did not work and the TV was working but there were no channels to watch and I could not connect my laptop to it either as the cables didn't work. Although we did not mind as we spent our days strolling through the old tow of Aix, which is wonderful..
