😊: The property was easy to find and well equipped. We had everything we needed! It was only a 35 minute drive from Calais so it was great for us to get our early morning train back to the UK. We had everything we needed at the property - pots, pans, cooking utensils, and a great hairdryer!. 😢: Just one to consider if you’re bringing young children like we did: the stairs to the top bedroom don’t have a railing on the open side, so we were concerned for our children coming up and down the stairs in the dark, it felt a little dangerous being open-sided. The sofabed (which my husband and I slept on so the children weren’t near the front door) is quite uncomfortable. I would say this is a great place to stay for two people rather than a family of four..

😊: The kitchen was well equipped and the space was bright and airy. The apartment was clean and had a pleasant view. The bed was comfortable.. 😢: The common areas were in a poor state and very dark. The internal stairs to the bedroom were difficult to negotiate. There were no instructions on how to operate the television..
