😊: clean, functional unit. Had everything we needed. good shower, AC in rooms. Off street parking was great.. 😢: Stairs to the mezzanine were narrow and open. Risk of falling.. Some of the fittings needed replacing, eg chairs, sink tap,. Kitchen cupboard drawers were rubbing. some storage panels were chipped..

😊: We appreciated the quiet space, easy check in, and cooking utensils. The location was great for us visiting friends close by.. 😢: It is a tight space as noted previously. Shower head too low for someone tall..

😊: Very clean, nice design or interior. Both rooms have toilets. Host very helpful and reply very fast..

😊: Good value for money.. 😢: 10 min walk from Bagneux RER at night felt uncomfortable - so 2nd night took taxi back from Eiffel tower. Appr. €30 so also a good option if you're with a few of you..

😊: 1. The location is wonderful. About 8 -10 minutes walk to Bagneux station, by where it is accessible to RER train services. It is about 30-40 minutes train / Metro journey to Eiffel tower, Cathedral Norte-dame of Paris, and about 1 hour to Disneyland or Palace de Versailles. There are grocery shops, bakery, restaurants and takeaway (Domino's) within 5 mins walk distance. 2. Free parking available. 3. Amenities including air-con, radiators, kettle, dish washer, washing-dryer machine, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, cooker, toaster, hair dryer etc. 4. Communication with the owner was very easy.. 😢: 1. There were ants in the first day arrived, but applied the ant killer spray, which was found in a cabinet, and then there were almost no ants for the rest of stay. 2. The stairs to upstair are quite narrow, walking up/down need to be careful. 3. There is no door for the bathroom upstair, and the bed is facing the bathroom.
