😊: Location is perfect, right in the city centre. Apartment is cosy and nicely decorated, we loved the swing chair. Kitchen was complete and coffee kindly provided.. 😢: The apartment is located in the last floor, with a steep and narrow stair case. Not a problem for us, but a detail that needs to be known in advance. For hot days the owner would need to provide fans for customers. The apartment is very nice, a deep cleaning would improve the experience..

😊: Good central location.. 😢: Exposed electrics on entering. Steep and dangerous stairs case to gain access to property which was not mentioned. Stain on settee which was to be used as a bed. Unsafe bannister to bedroom up steep stairs. Leaking plumbing in bathroom. Due to location very noisy and hot with no fan. No communication with owner despite many try’s on phone, WhatApp and through booking.com. Did receive generic emails with checkin/checkout info..

😊: Absolutely central location in Orléans. Apartment was spotless, clear instructions. We were traveling with 2 bicycles and managed to put them in the entry on the ground floor (out of the way so they weren't a burden). The apartment is on the 3rd floor via a winding staircase. This was fine with us but if you had accessibility issues it could be a challenge. There is a towel drying rack, so it's possible to hand wash clothes and dry them for the next day. 100% would stay again.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Amazing location and great instructions:). 😢: There were a few garbage bags at the entrance as soon as you walked in. At the top near the bed, one of the railings needs to be tightened. Only minor things to make the experience even better!.
