Un loueur qui fait confiance à ses locataires et présent par message juste ce qu'il faut pour qu'il ne manque rien au séjour. Rapport qualité prix très bien. Très belle ville riche en monuments et donc en histoire. et si vous aimez les fruits de mer vous vous régalerez.<br>#128577; Manque léger d'isolation aux bruits des voisins

Great location, pleasant walk into...<br>#128578; Great communication from the owner and collected the keys from the secure box outside the property. Spiral staircase up to the first floor and room adequate with round table, bed settee and TV which we were able to watch netflix on. Kitchen had all the essentials. Bedroom and Bathroom upstairs were clean and tidy.<br>#128577; When you book you like to know exact costs and I read the previous reviews to find out about possible other charges. We took our own bedding to place over the existing cover and left the place tidy and no issues with excess cleaning charges but it could catch some people out.

Convenient location with good amenities...<br>#128578; The host was exceptional kind. We left something there and he mailed it to us afterwards quickly. The duplex comes with parking which is really useful as spots in the city are hard to find. The apartment isn't big with only one bedroom but is well designed so there is everything you need. Internet connection was great. There was a small outdoor space. There is a large window in main sitting room which has a nice breeze.<br>#128577; The stairs for the Duplex are not huge but winding. There is also another set of stairs to the bedroom. That can be an issue for individuals with mobility issues. Rental of the sheets is 10 euros per person and there is a cleaning fee of 50 euros though can clean yourself. When you reserve, there is a longer list of rules/information about stay but it was helpful. I wish though the fee for sheets/cleaning was more upfront in the pre-reservation details.
