Échappée Belle - gîte avec piscine privative près de Chinon

Myself and my family have just returned from our ten day summer holiday at Barbara’s wonderful quaint property. Barbara was more than accommodating from the moment we arrived to the second we departed, a truly fantastic host! The large garden and pool had our 4 year old in his element the entire holiday enabling Mum and Dad plenty of relaxing time to reset. Thank you Barbara again! We’ll treasure this holiday for many years ☺️

The property is located in rural setting, lots of farming around the area. The location suited ourselves as we found it didn't prevent us from exploring nearby attractions. Saumur and Chinon and the Loire river were all within easy reach. During our stay we took a river boat trip along the Loire from Saumur, Chinon had a music festival of which we attended 2 concerts, the excellent restaurant Jardin d'Antan was close by of which we had 2 visits. Barbara was the perfect host and the property had everything you would need to either relax or cook for yourselves, a very enjoyable stay ... hope you recover from you ankle injury. Ann and Tom

My wife and I were very impressed with Barbara’s hideaway. The cottage was clean, functional, and out of the way but still fairly close to all the wonderful little towns and chateaus in the valley. The private pool was a treat and we felt like we were the only people around for miles yet Barbara was there anytime we had a question. We were the first quests from the United States so we hope Barbara sees many more. You will not be disappointed. C’était génial

Nous avons passer un bon week end . Maison sans vis a vis

Das Objekt erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Wir erlebten hier eine ruhige, entspannte, erholsame Woche inmitten weiter Felder und mit einer super Aussicht über das Land, vorm Haus immer von Rosmarin- und Lavendelduft umgeben, der ein beinahe südländisches Flair vermittelte. Kurz und gut: alles perfekt!

Belle location facile à vivre , piscine privée au calme , pleine nature ...charme assuré.

Propriété au milieu des champs mais à proximité des axes de communication. Parfait pour prendre du recul si l'on peut volontairement se passer quelques jours de connectivité.

Le gîte est très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'emplacement est au calme et idéal pour les visites. Le temps ne nous a permis de profiter de la piscine mais nous reviendrons pour la tester ! Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Merci beaucoup Barbara.
