😊: I have enjoyed the stay.

😊: Good location. 😢: The apartment is unmarked, so it was hard to find it in the building. The walls are super thin, so you can hear all the neighbours coming and going (particularly in the mezzanine, which is not ideal). The stairs to the mezzanine are very flimsy and it was scary using them, and the “wall”between the toilet and living space is not really a wall and has a huge gap, so sound carries and you can see if anyone is using the loo at any given point..

😊: The location is great. Close to the river and local restaurants. Additionlally, it takes 5 mins to get to the metro. All the appliances felt new and sturdy.. 😢: A more convenient door and tighten the chairs..

😊: Central location close to to the centre of Paris.. 😢: We found this apartment quite uncomfortable. There were only two chairs on the main floor and one was broken. Only one mirror, and limited storage space. The apartment itself felt very unclean. The towels were not nice, there was hardly soap in the soap dispensers, food bits in the sink, no extra pillows, used shampoo bottles in the shower etc. It was very hot and the loft was especially hot. Coupled with only a very thick duvet and no AC. Finally the entrance was a little unusual. There were sex workers stationed there at all times. They were generally polite but I feel that this should be disclosed. I ended up being propositioned multiple times while coming and going..
