Eco-Gîte de Lénault

Très joli endroit, peuplé d'humains sympathiques et d'animaux attendrissants. Nous remercions Rosie et sa famille pour leur accueil dans leur petite ferme, située dans le bocage normand. La grange rénovée est restée fraiche malgré la chaleur, elle est très propre et bien équipée ; il était agréable de s'y réfugier après les balades de la journée. De nombreuses découvertes sont à faire dans la région, mais une voiture est indispensable (sauf à être un-e amoureux-se de la randonnée). Encore merci pour tout !

We visited Eco-Gites of Lenault in May wanting an active holiday with plenty to do locally and we were not disappointed. At the gite Rosie and Simon have a boules pitch where we also played Mollky, a pickleball net and a table tennis table. Miles of walks start at their gate and Rosie has written a series of walks you can follow which all take you through the local countryside. For days out further afield we visited Mont Saint Michel, Caen and some of the sites associated with D-Day. The gite itself is spacious (with lovely big comfy sofas) and has a well equipped kitchen which made cooking so easy. We know there were many more places to explore close to the gite so we are planning a return visit next year.

We had a wonderful say at Rosie's eco-gite in early spring. The countryside was bursting into life with loads of wild flowers and delightful birdsong, it was so peaceful. We loved the pigs and a highlight for the children was collecting fresh eggs. The gite is charming and cosy with everything you need provided. There are plenty of great places to visit locally and we really appreciated the helpful advice and insider tips from Rosie.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances - un gîte spacieux et bien équipé, une grande aire de jeux et une situation centrale pour visiter de nombreux endroits intéressants en Normandie. A recommander vivement.
