Eglantine Appartement Centre Historique De Dinan

We loved the charm of Dinan! The location of the apartment in the center of Old Town was perfect for walking to all the restaurants and sites. Parking was in a lot about a 10 minute walk. The classic apartment was very clean and spacious but had a few “quirks”, like an odd bunch of mismatched dishes, only 2 bath towels & no hand towels, and no real bed pillows only flat decorative ones.

The apartment is beautiful. Right in the centre of Dinan with plenty of shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking was the main issue for us. We were informed by the host to park on the ‘Hotel du Villa’ car park and not to take a ticket otherwise you will be charged. There is no way you can enter the car park without taking a ticket. Once in the car park, they were lots of people driving around looking for spaces. We eventually found a space and then to the apartment for the key and parking pass. We then had to return to the car park, pay €1.50 to leave the car park. We then had to re-enter the car park and again drive around with everyone else until we had found a space (obviously, our original space had been taken straight away). Unfortunately, you can not drive up to the apartment to get the keys and parking pass before you enter the car park as it is no entry

The location couldn’t have been better! Our family of 6 only stayed one night, but we enjoyed our stay. The price was just right, and we were pleased that parking was included for free. We would recommend it for someone looking to stay in the heart of Dinan.

This is the perfect location in the heart of Dinan historic district. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, etc. Nice walk to the waterfront. Yet, it is still very, very quiet at night.

Fantastic location, Very clean, and close to bars, restaurants, and breakfast. The location's street is shut down to travel in the afternoon. Provided parking a little confusing but easily fixed with finding a spot to park and walk around. Would absolutely stay here again!
