Eiffel Tower - Alma

Fantastic apartment in a very central location!

Very super cool Parisienne duplex apt in a bldg that has an elevator so easy for all ages and chic internal spiral staircase to boot! Very close to the Seine and Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops and a farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Host is super helpful and the beds are great. Kitchen is also very, very well stocked. Overall a truly wonderful stay and we will def stay here again next time we are in Paris AND will tell all our friends to book as well!!

This apartment is in a great location and was very comfortable for three couples. Delphine, who met and worked with us was very helpful.

There is no washer or dryer in the apartment, which is big for us as even our kids travel with minimal clothes. We always books places where we can do laundry. You have to have a neighbor do it, so you are on someone else’s schedule. Was disappointing this isn’t mentioned anywhere in the ad. Also, on the follow with the bedrooms, there is only one toilet. It wasn’t clear to me from the listing that this was the case, but so be it. Also known there is only a tub in the master and toilet, and one shower for the apartment. Again not deal breakers but makes traveling with a family a bit harder. The lack of a washer and dryer was our biggest issue and the listing says they have it. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, which went away once the place was opened. On the plus side, the apartment is well decorated with good appliances and the location is incredible - the Eiffel Tower is literally a 7-10 minute walk. Truly maybe the best location to see the sites. The property manager was also fantastic. Also the AC units in the bedrooms and the one on the main floor keep the place cool and cool it down quickly when turned back on after arriving home. While we loved the location, I don’t think we would stay here again with our family mainly because of the lack of laundry facilities in the apartment.

The apartment is unique and a wonderful throwback to Paris of old. The apartment is an experience all to itself. We so enjoyed the art and looking at all of the book titles. Location was great with a drop stop for Uber bikes and a market just steps away. GeorgeV for AM coffee and late night food and drinks. Walter who helped us get settled was wonderful and attentive. Only items missing were washcloths and we could have used 1 or 2 more bath towels The stairs between floors in the unit are narrow and a bit steep but other than those couple of things. (Stairs were no surprise BTW) Overall. Really good stay !
