😊: We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Cergy this April. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccably clean, beautifully prepared, and ready for us to feel at home. The attention to detail was remarkable — it was clear that great care was taken to ensure everything was perfect for our arrival.🦋 The apartment itself is cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made the experience even more pleasant was the responsiveness and professionalism of the agency. Communication was smooth, and they were always ready to assist with any questions we had, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.❤️‍🔥 We are deeply grateful and full of appreciation for the hospitality and care we received. 😊: With the exception of the difficulty finding entrance the first time, it turned out to be a plus for the exposed neighbourhood the location is in. The place is in a monument or "the worlds biggest piece of art", which is 3.2km long, has several buildings and parcs, a laser pointing towards a distant view on downtown Paris. Parking was great but larger SUVs might not fit.. 😢: A distinct map guiding to the entrance and key would be a plus and can be sent directly before arrival. It was a lot of material including pictures and addresses shared but since everything liokes a bit the same around the building, it was a headache and a bit scary finding the right location. the address sent was wrong and not useful guiding on google to a wrong entrance with a building next door. A clear map with street names and surrounding buildings would certainly help. - Also the long list of houserules was understandable but a negative surprise. better would be to place houserules above wardrobe or so. - The vanilla smell in the appartment was large notch too strong..
