Elegance

😊: The property is very spacious for two people and feels comfortable overall. The lounge area was very large and included a dining table that could comfortably seat 4–6 people, while the kitchen also had a separate dining table for 4 people. The bed was comfortable, and the bed sheets were clean. The property was also clean throughout. We also liked having a separate toilet and bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of plates, cups, and glasses available. The place is also very nicely decorated, which gave it a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment also has a very large balcony, which was a great bonus. The area felt safe, and it was very convenient to have bakeries, a supermarket (Leclerc), and a bus stop all nearby.. 😢: It was very hot during our stay, with daytime temperatures reaching 30–31°C. The property has good potential, but several items need upgrading as they are already past their best days. This may be acceptable for private use, but since the property is being rented commercially, the ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner should be updated or replaced. The large carpet in the lounge also needs replacing, or it would be better to remove it altogether. The shower holder also needs fixing. The clothes drying rack was already broken when we arrived. We reported it, but unfortunately it was not replaced during our 4-night stay. Air conditioning would greatly improve the property, although we understand it may affect the price. At the very least, it would help to provide one fan in the lounge and another in the bedroom during hot weather. It would also be useful to provide basic cleaning tools such as a broom and dustpan so guests can help keep the place tidy during their stay.
