Elégance Art Déco en bord de Loire

😊: Great view, spacious apartment.. 😢: Narrow spiral staircase, toaster didn’t work.

😊: This recently renovated, stylish small apartment is located in a very old building with a narrow winding staircase, 10 min walk over the bridge to the old town centre. The windows in the living room deliver a marvellous view across the river onto the old town of Blois, both day and night, surrealistic in still morning because of reflection in the water. The bathroom and the shower is really good. One could not arrange the apartment better in a very old building.. 😢: There was no clear idea about the parking, we finally parked the car tight on the small street near the entrance (as other people did), the area was quiet, nothing happened in two nights. The set of dishes, forks, spoons, knives etc. in the kitchen was minimalistic, could be enhanced. The wifi signal was rather weak in the bedroom..
