😊: Latitude 43 is an amazing building designed by Georges Henri Pingusson in 1932..

😊: The property is located on top of a hill, has a nice view, located nearby the centre, and has a free car park. The property manager has helped us entering the premises and the studio easily and before check in time.. 😢: With a temperature of 35 degrees it is not possible to stay in the property without AC, no dark curtains on windows and no blinds, toilet is too small for a tall man to fit!.

😊: Location, price, support from the personnel.. 😢: Toilet door was broken, the process to enter the premises was long due to security. Didn't look great..

😊: Before writing this review, I read ALL the other guest reviews and agree with what most wrote - disconcertingly, the criticisms would be so easy to correct that I don’t know why the manager doesn’t just rectify the flaws ie ensure the address is correct, that the map is accurate, that there’s basic amenities such as toilet roll. Having said that, the location is walkable to St Tropez and the studio was clean, has a microwave, decent shower, very light and bright - like a totally all white photo studio. Please read the downside, as below…. 😢: There’s nowhere to leave bags prior to check in time. The address on booking.com is completely different from the actual access address - bizarre - which led me by foot along the wrong road and up a hill… wayyyy out of the correct route. I had to call the manager then ask a total stranger for help. The access once you are at the right address is a total pain… numerous barriers, gates, doors and a key box. I arrived by day… if I’d arrived by night I would have been furious. Inside the building, a complicated access of long corridors and up and down stairways; the front door of the studio is described in print on a diagram (yes, really - an access diagram was necessary, like a treasure hunt but with all the distances and other information completely incorrect) as painted BLUE when it is actually painted BLACK top to bottom (can you imagine the confusion that causes after all the hassle of getting into the property?) I finally arrived inside the studio at 3.20pm and received an annoyed/exasperated call from the manager asking why I was inside the studio - erm, because check in is a 3.00pm (how UNwelcoming!!) Building works (banging, scraping, drilling) in the adjacent flat - so constant building noise from dawn til dusk. No toilet paper (!!!!!!!), empty bottles of completely used toiletries lying around, a random pill (?) lying loose in the bathroom cupboard. The only liquid soap had been DILUTED down to what is essentially thin, soapy water (really insulting our intelligence here). The whole experience is haphazard and chaotic - amusing if you’re in the right mood, infuriating if you’re in the wrong mood. Really, this manager doesn’t give a damn about her guests or she’d have fixed all these complaints the first time guests gave a negative review. Never again. *I took photos and video of the studio before I left because I was so distrustful of the situation..
