😊: The apt is nice. 😢: The apt is in a awful building, it’s also dangerous arriving to the building as in the stairs next to the building it’s not safe. There were hunts all around the apt but, moreover, the city center is not safe during the night. We didn’t count on the google reviews but we were wrong. After visiting by evening, i woudn’t recommend to book right in the city center. The city is empty, all shops and restaurants are shut down. It’s really difficult to find a place where to eat. People around are not friendly and the whole situation really made us feel unconfortable. We decided to leave before planned, without any refund of the room but better safe than sorry!.

😊: Location was great. Close to many restaurants and the parfumerie. Great views and nice new kitchen area.. 😢: Very lumpy pillows. Please replace! A walk from the nearest car park to the accommodation then 7 flights of stairs. We needed more information about bus routes etc to Cannes, to the train station too. They offered tea but no mugs for tea only tiny expresso cups! And no dish cloth or scouter to do the dishes. Our shower also almost flooded but seemed to fix itself. The parking instructions for the private car parking option were quite complicated. so we opted for the public parking that was closer anyway..

😊: The view was spectacular, being able to look out onto the city and the people. 😢: There were a lot of stairs but it was worth it. we left a lot of our things in the car.

😊: The apartment is really good and well localized in the heart of Grasse.. 😢: The stairs, but acceptable by the location in a medieval place. It worth it.

😊: location facilities were excellent. We appreciated the full kitchen and excellent shower. The view over Grasse was breathtaking from the apartment.. 😢: We were aware that there would be some stairs to climb and it is quite hard with heavy luggage (we travelled internationally). So elderly travellers be aware !.
