Fantastic gite, beautiful pool and...<br>#128578; This is a fantastic and beautiful property, Jean-Philippe and his wife were excellent hosts providing us with recommendations in the local area to visit and eat. You can buy wine stored in their own personal cave which was a touch making the stay even more special. We were even invited to join the hosts and their friends for apéritif’s and a glass of wine to celebrate his wife’s birthday. Beautiful accommodation and area. The...<br>#128578; Beautiful accommodation and fantastic location with so much to explore and enjoy nearby. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, they were so welcoming and went above and beyond (even helping out, offering lifts and admin when we had car trouble!) The pool and games room were a huge hit. Such an enjoyable stay in a beautiful place.

A little piece of paradise!<br>#128578; I can't begin to describe how amazing this place is. From the communication before arrival to the actual stay itself, everything was perfect. The hosts are so friendly; we were given a lovely tour including the troglodytic caves and an explanation of the history of the site. It's FASCINATING! We were even told to help ourselves to the delicious fresh herbs growing in their garden and to use their washing line, if we needed. We spent a lovely few days with Jean-Phillipe and Michelle in this very tranquil and beautiful part of rural France. Jean-Phillipe had some local wines available to sample and also has a BBQ that can be used and a games room. The swimming pool was very clean and everything very well maintained. It’s a short drive to Saumur where there are shops and restaurants and activities such as bike hire. Would recommend.
