Entire apartment for rent

😊: Newly furnished, nice appartment, with two separate rooms. Parking lot available. Location is perfect.. 😢: The toilet did not have a sink, and the separate bathroom had entrance from the bedroom only. The 3rd bed on sofa was very uncomfortable..

😊: Apartman is huge and with balkony, very nice,clean and comfortable. Manager was very helping.. 😢: No klima, no reception. No info until you take a phone call..

I have no intention of ruining anyone’s rating, but I want everyone to know the actual situation in this property during our stay from May 26th to May 28th, 2026. Here are the details: ​As soon as we checked in, we had to wipe down the kitchen countertop and the shower tray with paper towels. They had been cleaned with oil or some very greasy product, leaving them slippery and oily. ​There were uncleaned breadcrumbs inside the microwave. ​When we turned on the electric kettle, it caused a short circuit, and half of the sockets in the apartment stopped working. The water heater (boiler) also shut down, forcing us to take cold showers the next day. Fortunately, we managed to resolve the issue with the host. He replied and explained what to do, but by that time, it was already the evening of the next day. Since it is a storage water heater, it took time to heat up, so we had to use cold water once again. ​The bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. ​Although the towels were washed, they had an unpleasant smell. I suspect they either haven't been replaced in a long time or are not being washed properly. ​The doors in both the bathroom and the toilet were dirty and need a proper wash; there were many other similar details. ​I would simply like to advise the host to dedicate a little more time to their business and take cleaning more seriously, or at least better supervise the staff who do it. I travel a lot, but this accommodation left a very unpleasant impression. Therefore, I feel that the rating of this property is highly overrated, or perhaps we just arrived at an unfortunate time..
