😊: It's a spacious apartment built with popular local sandstone. The location is perfect in the heart of the old town. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is a bonus. It's directly opposite a Unesco World Heritage Site, a historic Citadelle. The walks around the Citadelle and along the Gironde estuary are spectacular. There is a wide selection of cafés and restaurants.. 😢: This is not a complaint, it's just information. The building is an old town house with steep and narrow steps. People with walking difficulties would need to consider access to the apartment..
