😊: The bathroom. 😢: The fact that they say that you can check-in between 15:00 and 18:00, we didn't receive a message with explanation at what time we could check-in. When we arrived we send a message to ask how we could get in, after a lot of waiting we received a message back that we only could get in at 17:00, so after a 6 hour car ride we weren't very pleased that we had to wait 2 hours before a closed door. Also when we arrived we searched for the wifi-password, didn't found it so we had to send a message apparently it was broken. So we would have appreciated that this was also communicated with us before our arrival or that they came with a compensation. Also a lack of hygiene in the apartment, for example the amount of stains on the matras, the smell in the hallway ....
