We loved being close to...<br>#128578; The location of the apartment is excellent. It is close to the centre of Chamonix but quiet. The apartment is on the fourth floor (there is a very old, but working, lift) and there is a small balcony which has a lovely view over the mountains on which two people can sit. There is a parking space which is valuable in the City. The apartment is well equipped.<br>#128577; The apartment is very small. It is described as 45 sqm but, of this, the entire upstairs is in the eaves of the building and is below 1m80 in height. The bedrooms have no storage at all and it seems that the expectation is that clothes are stored in wall cupboards above the sofa in the sitting area. Access to the bedrooms is via a very tight spiral staircase. The parking space is an enclosed garage which is very tight for any vehicle - a large car would not fit. I say above that the ...

cozy fully furnished apartment with...<br>#128578; the paradox was that such a cozy apartment was fully furnished, we especially like balcony view<br>#128577; very cozy apartments, not recommended for older or bigger people. Scary lift but was working properly.

Un appartement cosy et agréable...<br>#128578; Appartement neuf et moderne, bien équipé,, calme, très agréable. Belle vue sur les montagnes. 2 chambres à l'etage , lits très confortables, joile decoration. Très bien situé dans le centre de Chamonix, face à la gare.<br>#128577; Absnce d'endroit poue laisser ses bagages le jour du départ et il a été demandé la veiille de quitter l'appartement â 10h. Cela nous a obligés à payer 24 euros une consigne dans un tabac du centre ville. Une amelioration serait souhaitable sur ce point, d'aitant que le propriétaire (que l'on joint seilement par telephone)! est peu arrangeant. Ses messages sont d'aiileurs tous envoyés en anglais alors qu on est en france et pas forcément un touriste étranger! C'est dommage...

Balcon très agréable. 4e étage, très jolie vue sur le fond de la vallée.<br>#128577; Il n'y a pas de petite table sur le bacon, ni de petites chaises longues (genre chilienne). Pas de Wifi, c'est un peu gênant.
