😊: Good view ,ok things in the house re equipment. 😢: Very basic linen ,awful pillows snd poor quality towels no air con made house very hot snd oppressive. Our main complaint was about being locked in all day on Sunday. !! This was a very serious matter We got no help from booking .com either There was no alternative method of opening the garden door gate not only could we not get the car out we couldn’t exit on foot because of the electronic gate was shut snd there was no alternative foot exit. The electronic fob was temporarily lost and put outside the property in the post box which we could not access by a neighbour. We had to wait till the property holders returned on the Sunday evening at 7. It was potentially dangerous as my husband who has had a stroke was unwell and we could get out to a pharmacy for medicine. No access for an emergency vehicle. The property needs another option for exiting the garden gates. By foot and by car..
