😊: One of the best apartment we have ever stayed! It is so cozy, amazing lighting inside, highly well maintained and the bed is the “cerise sur la gateau ». The under lights of the bed are sensor controlled, lovely! And the host Gaetin was super nice and helpful. He recommended us nice food place which was super chic! We highly recommend!.

😊: The accommodation was spacious. The lighting was good. The location was about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The site was tired and uninviting. Parking was right outside. The coffee machine was most acceptable. The separate toilet was welcome. The shower was pleasant with plenty of hot water.. 😢: Big disappointment. The bed was unmade. It looked as though it had not been touched from the previous occupants. The towels had been used. There was no evidence of any cleaning. There was litter left from previous occupants in the bin. On return from our holiday we emailed the owner to invite an explanation, but after a week we had no response. Poor. The living space is open plan. In the hours of darkness there is only a net curtain in the kitchen area which affords no privacy. It fails to keep the room dark during the early morning when still trying to sleep..

😊: The apartment has mostly new furniture. You could see it had been cleaned. Good communication. Easy to find and to access. 😢: I confirm what I read in other reviews: the apartment has been refreshed but calling it renovated is a bit too much. The apartment had overall been cleaned before our arrival but the corners of the shower are full of mold, noisy fridge and boiler, very noisy air conditioning impossible to sleep with it on, but also impossible to open the window since the apartment is right on the street, the internal courtyard is dirty, bare and poorly maintained, very dirty entrance door and badly cleaned glasses and refrigerator. The thing that strikes me most is that these comments are already present in other reviews and the host limited himself to replying that it is not true instead of solving the problem. In case of doubt I attach the photos. For one night it was fine (even if we were supposed to rest before a long day drive and it was quite difficult) but I would not return..
