😊: Good location in Bois, the apartment has enough space for 2 adults and 1 baby. Low price. 😢: Dust was everywhere, on every shelf in the kitchen, in the living room, in the bathroom. The armchair (in the picture) consists of an unstable and minimal shelf with some hangers for jackets and pants. The bed is uncomfortable and small. The cushions are not ergonomic, too hard for the cervical. The bathroom is really small, it's even difficult to close and open its door when you are in. I was caught by the low price, but the apartment is dirty and dusty and not very comfortable at all.

😊: Great value, and good location, a short walk from the Loire, and shops etc. Easy to park. Nice and quiet inside, great facilities in the apartment, which had everything that we needed. Dog-friendly too, which was nice. Most impressed with the host, Aurélien. We had an unforseen extra request, and he went out of his way to facilitate it. Much appreciated, highly recommended. Thanks very much for everything! 😎👌👍🏻. 😢: Not many coffee pods!.

😊: Lovely comfortable spacious apartment. Good communication with the owner. Located close to the town centre.. 😢: The outdoor space needs improvement. Old small table and chairs in a small yard in need of maintenance..
