😊: Excellent location - walk to station, shops, bars and restaurants. Immaculate - so clean Looks lovely inside - modern. Comfortable living area. Good system to collect keys from box outside. Quiet neighbourhood Handy balcony which we dried laundry on / not big enough to sit outside. 😢: No air conditioning in the two downstairs bedrooms. We were told to leave doors open during day and night so air conditioning from other rooms would filter through but it was so hot in Narbonne that it wasn’t effective. The en-suite toilet wouldn’t flush and shower was blocked - however it was resolved within couple of hours and plumber was sent out! Anne-Lise (who manages the property) was fantastic - easily contactable and sorted problems and queries. There wasn’t a safe which was a shame. Also not enough towels for number of guests..

😊: Very nice apartment in the middle of town near the large market. Interesting layout that worked well for our group of 6. Nice dining area and kitchen.. 😢: The logistics of parking was rather confusing but it eventually worked out. Some additional information up front would be helpful..
