😢: The hot water is being rationed. This is the only negative thing about this apartment. Apparently I have never been in a country where hot water is being rationed which led to me and my kids not having access to hot water as we desired. We rationed showers and went without a shower the first day due to finishing up the hot water tank without prior notice..

😊: the only advantage is the location close to Switzerland and Germany, peace and quiet, parking. 😢: Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place. The apartment was very dirty, there were a lot of ants crawling on the floor, the toilet seat wasn't securely fastened; my little son almost fell off it! The bed was broken, the bedding was stained and covered in hair, the mirror and shower stall in the bathroom were also unwashed. The internet didn't work, the dishwashing sponge was old and smelled very bad the vacuum cleaner was so dirty it couldn't be vacuumed. I had to clean the inlet myself to remove the dirt. There are no windows to open; it's more of an extension to the apartment than an apartment. My choice of apartment was based on other people's reviews, but after what we saw, those reviews are probably untrue! Contact with the hosts was also difficult. The number listed in the regulations didn't work. The regulations also included a long list of things to check in the apartment. Unfortunately, half of these things aren't there. It's worth checking. After informing the owner about all the inconveniences via booking.com and sending photos, there was no response or reference to this matter, hence my opinion..
