L'escalier est raide mais le petit arrivait à le monter devant moi, en revanche il fallait le porter à la descente. La cour terrasse offre une pièce supplémentaire bien agréable par beau temps. Je regrette que de précédents locataires n'aient pas signalé que le parasol était cassé et du coup dangereux. Autre bémol (plus durable): Ce logement se trouve sur une rue très passante en journée, mieux vaut le savoir. "
