Évasion Authentique à Èze, avec vue Mer

😊: Great position and views. Great size.. 😢: Needs a refurb. No air conditioning. Many mosquitos and no netting so either too hot or bitten in evenings. No lights in one bathroom, inadequate in the other. TV not working. Oven wouldn’t open. Chipped crockery. Old wardrobes with ricketty drawers and one kitchen cabinet door missing. No information available. Difficult access (applies to all of Eze) but not informed of this. Unsuitable for older or infirm people. Horribly expensive parking 400 meters and many (73) steps from property. Eze is very expensive so this was a cheaper option but there’s been very little attempt to modernize the property and little support with the problems raised..

😊: Loved this charming property, was the perfect spot right in the centre of the lovely village of Eźe, the views from this unique property are incredible. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the balcony was a great spot to relax with a morning coffee or a glass of vino to watch the sun go down. Can highly recommend staying here and we would definitely like to stay again. The village is beautiful with plenty of lovely eating places , The Cactus restaurant is excellent , had some delicious food there and it had a great vibe, a lovely base to be at but also a great spot to go out exploring, the bus service is excellent and the trains are so handy to go and explore other places.. 😢: Nothing to dislike, it’s an old property but it’s full of charm, the hike up means you need to be fit..

😊: We loved the location and the views were spectacular. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and has everything needed.. 😢: Transport could be tricky and more information regarding the apartment location would have been helpful..

😊: Magical location. The tiny streets get a bit crammed with tourists of course, but that's because it's a gem of a place.. 😢: The hosts were a bit unresponsive to my questions about travel and other things. Nothing disastrous, but definitely a mark down for this..

😊: Perfect location, charming, authentic feeling. 😢: I loved it, but if you are struggling to walk, it is a bit steep.
