😊: The location is great: central and not too loud. The fridge is genuinely cold. The floor tiles are nice. And the sofa when used as a sofa is comfortable. The TV works and so does the shower. The fan has some power to it.. 😢: The bed is TRULY uncomfortable. It is both lumpy and on a tilt, so impossible to sleep in without causing bad aches and pains. My joints are in terrible condition after two nights on that mattress. The flat could have been cleaner. The taps in the kitchen were hanging off the sink. I sent multiple messages to the host both before and during my trip, via the platform and also through WhatsApp. He never replied to any of them. He didn't pick up the phone any time I tried to reach him. I find it laughable that he keeps a hold of 300 euros for each booking. There is nothing in the apartment that is worth 300 euros!.

😊: The kitchen and bathroom were quite comfortable, which I consider a plus. If someone doesn't have high expectations, the place might be okay overall. Also really good, central location.. 😢: It's a good thing we only spent one night there, so it was bearable, because the bed is completely unsuitable for a rental accommodation. The mattress was totally worn out, uneven, dented, and I’d even say tilted. I'm also not entirely sure if the bedding was changed after the previous guests, as there were visible small stains on it. I completely don't understand the requirement to pay a 300 EUR deposit to sleep in such conditions. The sleeping arrangements were a total disaster. A proper, normal bed with a real mattress should be put there instead of that sofa.
