😊: The apartment is in a very nice residential area directly by the sea. It has a big balcony with a sea view. The garden is well-preserved, and the apartment was clean and spacious. We visited the place in May, so there were no tourists and it was absolutely peaceful. The apartment is well equipped, with a microwave, enough pots and dishes, dishwasher, an iron, a toaster and plates. We also appreciate the spacious parking lot (free parking) The location is fine, walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and beaches.. 😢: I guess we were the first guests of the season, which means the apartment was not well ventilated. When we arrived at night, we noticed a strong smell of dampness and mould. The owner tried to resolve the issue remotely, but even intense airing didn’t help, and throughout our stay, the windows were fogged up, the air was humid, and the smell persisted. It would also be helpful to provide toilet paper in the bathroom for guests, especially when they arrive late at night and have no option to go shopping. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, and it might also be a good idea to install insect screens on the shutters. We also couldn’t close the balcony door from the inside. The owner said she would call the maintenance person, but no one showed up during the entire week. It was not possible to secure the door from the inside to prevent someone from entering the apartment from the balcony. Since the apartment was high up, it wasn’t a major issue, but it would be good to fix this for the future..

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit...<br>#128578; Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Bettdecken und Kissen sind super. Die Lage der Wohnung in einer netten Ferienanlage ist wirklich schön.

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, es mangelte an nichts. Für Küche, Bad und Haushalt war alles an Geräten und Utensilien vorhanden. Sogar Batterien, Mehrfachstecker, Spiele und die komplette „Strandausstattung“ (Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm, etc.) standen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war tipptopp sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt unkompliziert. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht: ...<br>#128577; Das WLAN war leider meistens sehr schlecht bis gar nicht verfügbar. Beim Strand handelt es sich um einen Naturstrand, d.h. er war mit viel Seegras bedeckt und im Meer schwamm - bedingt durch den starken Wind - auch viel Seegras. Aber nach 10 Minuten Autofahrt gibts bereits den ersten „Traumstrand“.

Hier hat alles gepasst!<br>#128578; Die Lage ist optimal: direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand, schöner Pool, Restaurant/Pizza gleich nebenan, absolut ruhig, großer Balkon, Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen.<br>#128577; Nichts!

Et avons apprécié la qualité du logement, sa propreté sa localisation juste à côté de la plage , des commerces avec supermarché et galerie marchande, restaurants à quelques mn en voiture, la possibilité de garer gratuitement le véhicule, de trouver des denrées alimentaires et ce qu'il faut pour démarrer le séjour.<br>#128577; Seul petit bémol, l'appartement ne dispose pas d'une VMC d'où condensation et l'accès à l'eau nécessite le port de chaussures type méduse en raison des galets.
