Nice, quiet, rural location. A great place to spend time of you fancy a lazy day and easy to get to places like Nantes, La Rochelle or Les Sables-d'Olonne if you want a trip to the seaside or city. The excellent Puy du Fou is only 40 minute drive away. Our dog was also very happy and pretty safe and secure in the house and garden. Overall the house has spacious bedrooms, lounge and kitchen and is well equipped for a summer holiday. A special mention for the owner and property manager who were very helpful during the visit.

Très belle demeure restaurée avec goût, grandes pièces très agréables et confortables, notamment le poêle à bois du salon et les deux superbes chambres sous les boiseries du toit, dans un cadre de verdure magnifique et calme. De quoi passer un excellent séjour, sous le signe de la détente et de la convivialité !

Si vous êtes à la recherche de vacances tranquilles et paisibles au vert, cette location est faite pour vous. Très belle propriété, tout confort. Je recommande

The house is very pretty, kitchen looks good but the equipment could be given more attention. The bedrooms look fabulous, beds are very comfy. The garden terrace has a nice view over the big garden and you will have the chance to see some nice birds. The pont however is not suitable for swimming unfortunately. However, if you like fishing you can eat your heart out, it's full of fish and no time for relaxing. There's a small town with a big supermarket within 5-10min by car.

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und unseren Hunden 10 Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber u. ordentlich. Die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern war einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt im Grünen. Von dort haben wir tolle Ausflüge organisieren oder den Tag einfach auf der Terrasse entspannen können. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tollen 10 Tage! Immer wieder gerne!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds are fabulous, especially if you have dogs. I would recommend this spot for a very relaxing stay in rural France.

The house has been recently sympathetically restored, to a very high standard including furniture and fittings which met all our expectations for a quality retreat. The extensive grounds and small lake compliment the whole setting. The area is a rural idyll a good base for further exploration. If you like to fish Pescalis lakes are on the doorstep with excellent facilities including Dining.we had our dogs with us and they enjoyed the trip as much as we did romping around the lake . Dining alfresco on the decking watching the sunset over the trees was a real treat .NOUS REVIENDRONS

This is a beautiful holiday house. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and in a lovely quiet location close to Moncoutant. The bedrooms are large, wash/dry facilities, dishwasher, planet of parking, a large beautiful garden, Wi-Fi internet, access to all UK Freeview channels and books and games. The kitchen is beautiful with perfect array of kitchen equipment to rustle up any meal and it has underfloor heating. This property has a lot more to offer than one can ask for. It is closer to Pescalis, Puy du Fou - a fantastic theme park and some of the most beautiful beaches. We loved it! Highly recommend it and Jackie Tim, left a very thoughtful welcome hamper, were quick to respond to queries and just great to deal with. We will return and use as our base whenever we can when we are in the area. One of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. We have created some long lasting memory as a family at this place. We couldn’t have asked for a better holidays than this one. We really mean it. Thanks you.
