😊: Very spacious, cool apartment, very close to the Canal du Midi. There’s also a separate deck and courtyard. It’s very pleasant to walk alongside the canal on a hot evening..

😊: Close to restaurants. 😢: This is a BASEMENT apartment essentially is an Airbnb set up...even though it's booked on bookings.com..If you think its a hotel situation...NOT...we were bombarded almost each day of reminder to advise check out time, reminder to remove our own trash ( even though they say cleaners are coming after us)...the place shows a spa tub...sure...but the hotwater cylinder is not big enough to really use it...the hotwater runs outs...your done no more hotwater for a shower after or to top up the spa as it gets cold...the bed..sheets felt dirty...Location is handy to everything, but we would not recommend it...plus we suspect the owners live on the property in one of the other units in the building..
