😊: Nothing. 😢: Never received final instructions as promised. Was there at arrival time! No one there! Did not answer or return calls. Waited patiently for 45 minutes. Left several more voice messages. Left message to cancel and expected full refund. Had to find a last minute place to stay. I was still charged full price I will challenge it.
