Our stay here exceeded our expectations. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night from the apartment balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Xavier was an exceptional host- thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely gracious throughout our visit.The apartment is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after long days exploring. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. We also loved the short walk to the fresh weekend market-such a great way to experience the neighborhood and pick up local goodies!The stairs were a bit of a challenge at first, but we quickly got used to them- and honestly, we'd climb them again in a heartbeat for a stay like this. Do yourself a favor and book here- you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable experience in Paris. Thank you for the wine, Xavier! Best choice for France visit

We stayed at this lovely property to have some downtime after a busy tour of France. We enjoyed the spaciousness and outlook. Having two toilets when sharing with friends is also a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped if choosing to stay in. We were close to restaurants, shops and public transport plus there was a lovely walk around two lakes close by. You can see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the lounge/balcony and it was a 15 minute UBer ride to Versailles for a spot of shopping. There are three flights of stairs to navigate to the apartment but so worth it when you arrive at this oasis.

Xavier and Camille were amazing hosts. Our flight landed a little early and they were still able to accommodate us. The place is within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store and several restaurants. The AC units kept us cool during the heatwave we were there. Great communication with the hosts and every need was immediately taken care of.

The apartment is exactly as described on the advertisement and it’s gorgeous. Camille and Xavier are gracious and thoughtful hosts. I highly recommend this site.
