😊: The pool, the location and the overall look of the villa was amazing. Good value. 😢: We were left with no instruction manual on how to use things or how to close up when leaving etc or where to put the rubbish bins. I emailed the owners on the evening before leaving to ask them where to leave the key and they emailed back quite late with poor instructions. I also said in the email that we had separated the rubbish but that we did not know where to rake the recycling so we had left it in bags in the kitchen- they emailed at 11.30pm (we had to leave at 7am the next morning) telling us where to take it and that we had to go into a village to do it before leaving. I apologised and said we did not now have time for this but that we would leave it neatly in the kitchen- which we did. They sent some quite rude messages back insisting that we had been told how to do this- basically calling me a liar. We noticed then that there was one small poster on one of the cupboards, on French, saying something about bins- we had nobody tell us about this along with nobother user instructions for out stay. Also on the Sunday afternoon we noticed pooy water bubbling out of 2 of the downstairs toilets. It came into the living area. We couldn't use the downstairs showere or any of the downstairs toilets. We had to wait until Tuesday afternoon for the issue to be solved ahich left 14 of us using 2 showers on the upstairs floor only. We left on Wednesday morning so basically for the majority of our stay we had drainage problems. We also had to wade and clean pool water as once the owners had had the problem solved, it was left for us to clean- on our holiday. Lovely place but rmi think they need to add quite a few things and also improve customer service..
