Exceptionnelle Maison d'hameau du 19e, calme, jardin paysagé, piscine

My family... three adults and two children, stayed at this property, and we loved it. The home was beautifully furnished. It also was one of the cleanest VRBO properties I've ever stayed in. It had wonderful amenities. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The beds and bedrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything you would need except knives for chopping. The patio had great furniture and the pool was clean and well kept. I would not stay in this home with young children as the stairway is open... no railing / banister. Also, the house does not have air conditioning. It did get very warm while we were there in July. They had furnished each bedroom with a fan, but the fan in my room stopped working the last two nights we were there. Although we contacted the property manager three times and he promised to bring by a new fan, it never happened. So I spent two nights in a very warm bedroom. This is the only negative comment I have about our stay. Overall I rate the quality of the home a five star. I would have liked to see a more responsive property management.

While we have returned to Provence several times since in a group of 8, this time when planning for a smaller group we were thrilled to find this home was still available. Communication was quick. The house is nicely decorated and clean. We appreciated the little touches such as two hairdryers, new soaps in all bathrooms, and a bottle of wine. Gustave is attentive and communicative. We enjoyed morning runs to the boulangerie, days exploring villages, and evenings with the pool and a nice bottle of wine, cheese, and relaxation. FYI- There is no handrail on the concrete spiral stairs.

the house is exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully decorated and well maintained. the kitchen is fully equipped and working a treat. we appreciated the ice cube-producer in the freezer. the beds are mostly comfortable - depending on what mattress firmness one prefers. the house is in between others so be aware of some possible noise of neighbouring holiday renters.

Really enjoyed staying at this property near Gordes. The house is beautifully designed with all the necessary things to make it very comfortable. Lovely terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner. Also a good sized pool right next to the house which incentivised to swim more. Beautifully designed garden. Would recommend.

I recently stayed here and loved every minute of it! The house is beautifully presented and very comfortable. We loved sitting by the pool in the afternoon, enjoying the lovely garden. Eating out nearby at La ferns de la Huppe and la Triquette in Gordes were also highlights. The only criticism would be that this is not a house for small children as the stairs are a little dangerous. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and hopefully we will return.

The home was more beautiful and more comfortable than we could have imagined. Six adults never felt crowded, and had plenty of private space. Dinner next door on the patio at La Ferme de la Huppe was delightful. We frequented the patisseries and potagers in Gordes for groceries and cooked many meals at home in the fabulous kitchen or on the bar-b-q. The outdoor space was always in use. We took a ride on the Sun-e-bikes from Bonnieux, which was a very fun day trip, also enjoyed kayaking from Kayak Vert in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The rest of the trip was just relaxing day trips, moderate sightseeing (the bories and Senanque Abbaye), and enjoying fabulous weather with great friends. Recommend for relaxing and recharging.
