Exclusive guest wing of 14th-century manor with pool & panoramic views

😊: The outside space was spectacular with a great pool area and magnificent views.. 😢: The interior space was not suitable for more than 2 people. Yes there were four bedrooms but the communal indoor space was a hallway converted into a tiny kitchen. Outside was fine but we needed to be indoors due to the weather. Also, there was no internet. The internet and wifi was set up inappropriately for a holiday let. The router was located in an inaccessible part of the building, also inaccessible for the manager of the property. The WiFi for our bit was provided by an extender. There was no way to maintain the router. Mobile internet reception was minimal so the wired service was important. The weather was extremely hot while we were there. We were advised not to use one of the bedrooms when we arrived because of the heat! We chose a four bedroom place for a reason! To begin with they would not provide fans for the bedrooms. The mattresses are probably now disgusting due to use by very hot an d sweaty bodies. Before booking this property I specifically asked if the entire house shown in the photos was what we were able to use. They said it was, but on arrival this clearly was not true. The photos show a large house and it does not say that we would only get a portion of it. This is gross misrepresentation. It is also misrepresentation saying there is internet..
